Expedited Maintenance

Update requests must:

1. Be emailed to support@hostingct.com

2. With subject 'Drop Everything Update'

3. Website update requests must be complete when sent to us. If changes are necessary after
the update request is sent, the 24 hour period will begin anew when the change is sent.

 

Prepaid Plan terms:

1. Includes up to 4 hours of 'Drop Everything' service per month for $300

2. Paid on the first of the month by credit card on file

3. Minimum contract 3 months

4. Unused hours roll over for the term of the contract only



Note:  Our standard website maintenance is $50 per hour and updates are completed
within 2 working days (weekends not included).
