eMerchantView is the key to all of your processing inquiries. With eMerchantView, you are able to view batch, chargeback, retrieval and statement details, all in a timely manner, and all with point-and-click simplicity. eMerchantView provides you with the ability to view:
MERCHANT
BATCH HISTORY
You can search through six months of past batches by date range and/or
batch reference number, and are able to view everything from individual
transactions to entire batches in complete detail.
CARDHOLDER INQUIRIES
Search through six months of past inquiries by date range and/or
cardholder account number.
MERCHANT
CHARGEBACKS/RETRIEVALS
Search through six months of past chargebacks and retrievals by date
range and/or status, and view individual chargebacks and/or retrievals
in detail.
MERCHANT
STATEMENTS
With eMerchantView, three months of past merchant bankcard statements
are available 24 hours a day, whenever they are needed.
Monthly fee of $5.00, no matter how many accounts you have.
