Is
my reseller account deducted from my number of available packages?
Yes.
When you sign up, you must use one account as your main reseller
account. This identifies you in our system as a reseller.
Do
I have to decide right away what accounts to sell?
No.
The accounts are there when you need them. You can add an account any time
in the reseller section of our site.
Are
there any set-up fees for my resold accounts?
No.
We never charge set-up fees for your resold accounts.
How
is customer support handled for my customers?
You
are responsible for supporting and billing your customers while we support and
bill you. We provide you with an extensive Online Manual that you are free to
incorporate into your own website. If you are unable to answer a client
question, you can then forward the request to us, and we will respond directly
to you. This way, we never contact your client directly, and your status
as a reseller remains confidential.
What
if I run out of domains?
You can upgrade
to the next bulk level plan for free.
How
do I pay for my resold accounts?
The credit card
you use when you initially sign up as a reseller will be billed for your reseller
account total.
Do
I have to pay for my resold accounts before my customers pay me?
Yes. We will bill
you monthly. We do not take responsibility for your resold accounts. We bill and
support you, while you bill and support your clients. It is your responsibility
to ensure that your clients pay on a timely basis. If you do not have a
merchant account to accept credit cards, we can help get you established.

Can
I pay by check?
Yes, due to the
amount of the charge, we will accept checks from Bulk Resellers; but there are
a few rules. You must also provide us with credit card information as a
backup in the event of a missed payment or bounced check. There is a $50
charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds. If paying by check,
you must pay one month in advance. This means your first month's charge
will be double, and subsequent months will be due on your anniversary date.
This is like paying your "first and last month's rent". In the
event you decide to cancel your bulk reseller agreement, we will apply your last
payment to your account, and cancel the accounts at the end of that billing cycle.
When
I sell an account how do I activate it?
When
you signup to become a reseller you will receive access to special area in your
control panel that allows you to manage all of your accounts. You will fill
in the necessary information and receive an e-mail with all the pertinent information
for the new account. You can then forward the information along to your
client if you wish.
Are
domain name registration fees included in the hosting plans?
No.
Due to the extremely competitive nature of our pricing, we do not include a free
domain name for resold accounts. We do, however, afford you the opportunity
to register domain names at a discount. You will pay $11.95 per domain,
per year for registrations. In turn, you may charge your client whatever
price you wish. Transfers are billed at $17.50 each.
Do
you handle the domain name registration?
Yes.
We will register the domain names for you at the discounted price. If you
register the domain yourself, you will have to pay the cost requested by the registrar
you choose.
